Item must be returned undamaged and in its original box and packaging materials, and include all original accessories. Missing items and used/missing promotional items will be deducted at full retail. No returns / no refunds for clearance sale items, no frill sales items, or on items that the price was specially negotiated for your benefit. All returned items must have a RMA number on the outside of the package. Returned items without an RMA # will not be refunded.
