*All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and $99.00 filter fee, less any shipping costs paid by Water Ionizers Direct USA (WID USA) and must be authorized and include a Return Authorization # issued by WID USA. Tyent Return requests must be initiated within 45 days from date of purchase and be received back into our possession within 60 days of purchase, in like new condition, in original packaging and with all original parts and materials/printed materials, and include any free promotional items if applicable, in unused condition that were received with your purchase. All other Ionizer returns within 30 days. Shipping costs paid by the buyer are non refundable. Missing items will be deducted at full retail. WID USA strives to achieve a 100% satisfaction record from all of its customers, so to avoid unnecessary returns please contact WID USA ASAP and we will be glad to assist you. No returns on ionizers shipped or forwarded by customers to locations outside USA/Canada. No returns on portable units, filters or accessory orders.
